FYI, the reason I went for the 2011 was I got it for 14.5k

Not bad. Very good compared to the cost of EV conversions.
Probably around 41.5% to 43% of the vehicles original MSRP depending on options and assuming original owner got the QC port free under evProject.
Thought it might have been less as NADA is showing 2011 LEAF at 38.5% of original MSRP.
My 2011 was built one month earlier (the day before the tsunami) and has much higher VIN but VINs don't match up with build dates.
