custom license plates on a leased vehicle

Can you use vanity/custom license plates on leased vehicles ? I was planning on purchasing the car, so ordered custom plates, but now looks like I might be leasing. So can I still use custom plates on my leased leaf ?

Absolutely. It makes no difference if you're leasing or buying. Same process with the DMV.

My "ZROGASS" plates are sitting on my leased Leaf. :mrgreen:
