FamilyMart in Japan installs L3 chargers!

Why can't we have this here!

Family Mart (the 2nd or 3rd biggest convenience store chain in Japan... convenience stores are HUGE in Japan) appears to be installing L3 at their locations. I love the commitment by going with ChaDeMo instead of good ol' Level 2 chargers... why can't we have businesses like that here?

Sigh.
