Bottom-line Summary:
Carcharging.com changed out 350green's old $7 a charge EVSE with a different one that is free to use, for now
The long of it:
This is not a new public Level-3 (l3) EVSE site. It is an old existing 350green location with a different EVSE. BTW: 350green, like Ecotality/Blink was bought by carcharging.com .
There was a less used effaced DCQC l3 EVSE that 350Green had installed quite a while ago @ $7 a charge (3 for $21 deposit + rfid card). Now the Nissan Sumitomo DCQC l3 EVSE that replaced it, is free to use (no charge, for now). See the comments and pictures EV drivers added at

L3 is located on the ground/1st floor of the free parking garage, near the exit to the perimeter road. There is also two chargepoint l2 EVSE on the opposite side of the 1st floor, near an entrance across from the MickeyD's.
