I've asked this before of Blink and on their BlinkShare, but they don't seem to want to answer:
When the Oceanside Transit Station Blink units were brought online this year, they stated that they were going to be free for one year.
"Angela Miller, chief technology and sustainability officer for the North County Transit District, said electric-vehicle owners will be able to use the Oceanside charging stations for free for the next year."
But five months later, we're being charged. Why?
