Survey on AV Visit and Assessment?

Did any one else get the survey in email today? I got one today where they wanted to know how the assessment went. If the contractor was knowlegeable etc. Then they asked about quote and if it was clear and what I thought about the price. I am hoping more people got it so that we can let Nissan know how that quote is very high.

I know that last survey they did about the battery warranty and they listened and made it 8 years 100,000. Hopefully they would listen to the assessment quote etc too.

No survey at all here, that I recall anyhow. Wondering if you have received your quote first?
