Trump is obese. CDC says 3X the risk. Trump is male. The ratio between male deaths and female death is about 2:1. Yet treatments are better, risk is lower. And any statements about Trump's public medical history is mostly fiction, so who knows what other conditions he has. Let's say trump is in the 75 to 84 age range for worst case scenario:
30.5% are hospitalized
10.5% go to the ICU
4.3% go in the ground
It appears that being president for 1 term ages you up to 10 years.

Yet the order of magnitude is knowable. Somewhere around 10%. 4%? Yea, maybe. 16%? Yea, that too. We don't know, we can not know.
Trump is not well, so faces still higher risk.
