Display taken over by attempts to connect to Nissan

I've tried to search for postings on this, but I can't figure out the right thing to search for that doesn't get me massively too many results.

I'm frustrated by my 2015 SV's display repeatedly being taken over by messages telling me that I've declined permission for it to communicate with Nissan. Other times it just puts up a "please wait" message. This is particularly aggravating while backing out of a parking space, because of course then I don't get the rear-view camera. Is there a way to make it stop doing this?

As an extreme solution you may be able to accept the message asking for permission to send data once, then disable the TCU. This would eliminate remote access to the car. I don't know that it would stop the annoying messages.

Thank do for the idea. I was considering disabling the TCU.
